After the opening ceremony, Professor Zhao Yang from Peking University, Professor Ning Jiming from Shandong University, Professor Wu Yinghui from Beijing language and culture university, Dean Zhang Xiaohui from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Professor Wang Hui from Zhejiang Normal University and Professor Li Baogui from Liaoning Normal University gave speeches respectively under the direction of Vice President Jiang Fengchun.
The experts' report enabled the participants to have a deeper understanding of the hot and difficult issues related to international Chinese language education, and provided authoritative interpretation for accurately grasping the specific connotation of international Chinese language education. BBS activities attracted universities experts and scholars and teachers and students in our school on behalf of more than 200 people, including the official representative of more than 70 people, the conference received 53 papers, these papers mainly focused on the international Chinese education teaching, online teaching Chinese, overseas Chinese education subject category of related issues, and the dissemination of Chinese culture overseas.
In the group discussion, participants discussed the main role of international Chinese language education in Chinese universities, the subject properties of international Chinese language education, the frontier development of international Chinese language education and applied linguistics, international Chinese language education in the context of new liberal arts, and other topics. At the closing ceremony, each group made a summary report.
This forum is the beginning of the activities to commemorate the 40th anniversary of overseas education in China, which is a milestone in the history of international Chinese education in our school, and will surely promote the better and faster development of international Chinese education in our school.
