To enrich the cultural life of faculty and staff while fostering a healthy, positive, and united campus atmosphere, the 15th faculty and Staff Campus Walking Event, organized by the DUFL Trade Union, was successfully held on the afternoon of October 29. The activity received an enthusiastic response from faculty and staff, with nearly 700 participants joining the walk to experience the joy of exercise and the charm of the campus.

The event commenced at the university’s sports ground. In high spirits and full of energy, faculty and staff set off along the designated campus loop route, creating a vibrant and dynamic scene. The walking route passed by teaching buildings, the library, sports grounds, and the scenic lake area. While engaging in physical activity, participants also enjoyed the unique beauty of the campus in different seasons. The golden gingko-biloba path, the tranquil reflections on the lake, and the sun-dappled tree-lined lanes encouraged many to slow down, pause for photos, and capture beautiful moments filled with laughter.
This event not only provided an opportunity for faculty and staff to strengthen their physical health and relieve stress but also served as a bridge to enhance communication across departments, further strengthening team cohesion. (Contributed by Wei Wei)
