To fully implement the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education on launching the "Spring Action for Promoting Employment" for 2026 college graduates, seize the critical period of spring recruitment, and promote high-quality and full employment for graduates, the 2026 "100 Universities & 1,000 Enterprises" Talent Matching Program & Dalian University of Foreign Languages 2026 Spring Job Fair for Graduates was held at the University Gymnasium on March 25.

They expressed gratitude to the enterprises for their long-term strong support for the university’s development and student employment, had in-depth exchanges with corporate recruiters on industry development trends and talent demands, solicited opinions on talent cultivation, and actively recommended graduates.
The job fair offered positions from employers across 18 provinces and cities including Liaoning, Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Hebei. It covered 14 industries such as manufacturing, education, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, transportation, warehousing and postal services.Full-time positions included overseas sales, translator, teacher, software development engineer, finance professional, management trainee, cross-border operation, new media operation, brand planning, SAP consultant, etc. Internship positions covered product operation, AI data annotation, software testing, network security, accounting, graphic design, human resources and more.At the job fair, students showed great enthusiasm in job hunting and actively strived for interview opportunities. The event also attracted international students to participate.
